DEBUNKED: Leaked Liberal memo is “absurd”, says Ezra Levant
In this clip from Friday's livestream, Ezra Levant addresses, reads and debunks the allegedly leaked Liberal Party of Canada memo describing Trudeau's next steps in the COVID-19 lockdowns.
Here's a bit of what Ezra had to say:
“Every day, I get at least ten emails about this leaked, Liberal memo purporting to have the secret plan that Justin Trudeau is going to use to enslave us all.
“I have received this from strangers, and from friends. From people who are politically amateur and sophisticated political professionals alike.
“And it's that second part that surprises me, because to me this is so self-evidently and manifestly a fake, that the fact that politically sophisticated people — in fact that one person, I'm shocked that they sent it — their job is a BS buster, and they charge a lot of money to basically be on guard for BS... I'm not going to say who it ones, but I am stunned.”
What about the military aspect of the memo?
“I acknowledge that the military under Justin Trudeau has done some really stupid things.
“They did have some Operation LASER memo about how they would monitor Twitter and engage in propaganda. And we did see the military briefly deploy to help in some old folks' homes which I thought was really bizarre, also.
“Again, I'm not here to defend Justin Trudeau — I'm sure he would be as abusive with the police as we see in the UK — but to say that the PMO would tell a committee of fundraisers these things is absurd. This is a dream, a fantasy, brainstorming, hypothetical scenario.”
