UPDATE: Police DROP charges against drive-in church Pastor Henry Hildebrandt
We’ve just had our first unofficial victory regarding our Fight the Fines campaign.
Last Sunday, for the third Sunday in a row, Pastor Hildebrandt conducted a service at his Church of God – but he did so in the safest way imaginable when it came to social distancing, with congregants staying in their vehicles in the parking lot, tuning in to the service on the radio.
Perhaps in part to our interview with Pastor Hildebrandt earlier this week, the Aylmer Police Service decided that no charges would be laid whatsoever.
