Bill Blair, the Minister of Border Security and Organized Crime Reduction, really lives up to his title when you think about it.

After all, former Toronto Chief of Police Blair represents the riding of Scarborough Southwest. But his idea of “border security” is to personally live in a multi-million dollar home in posh midtown Toronto, many kilometres removed from his constituents.
Despite being the MP for Scarborough Southwest for the past four years, he hasn't moved to live with his constituents. Instead, he represents them from a posh street in midtown.
With a security system on his home and a police station just blocks away, he doesn't have to live with the consequences of his soft-on-crime laws.
Is this part of his own “crime reduction” strategy?
We visited Blair at his midtown fortress to seek answers, but alas, as he returned home at the end of the day, he was in no mood to talk.
