Taiwan seems to have understood the risk of COVID-19, but unlike other nations including Canada, they didn't shut down their entire economy in order to stop the spread.

Restaurants and businesses are still open, but only five people out of their population of 23 million have died from the virus so far.

On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show (click here to subscribe!), we spoke to Harvard-educated public health expert Dr. Peter Chang about what Taiwan is doing differently.

Dr. Chang was previously the advisor of the Taiwan health ministry on EU Affairs at the European Commission.
