Update: We're suing the Trudeau government over COVID jails

We are suing Justin Trudeau’s government. Enough is enough.
If you have been following along, you’ll have seen my recent detention at a “government sanctioned COVID-19 isolation facility.” That is Liberal Party-speak for government gulag.
I was recently on a work assignment in Florida, covering Canadian vaccine refugees fleeing Trudeau’s procurement failure and heading stateside for a poke in the arm. Upon returning, I was threatened with a $750,000 fine and six months in jail if I did not submit to an illegal throat inspection and subsequently present myself to a local gulag.
Not only does this program trample over the fundamental rights and freedoms of thousands of Canadians every week — it is causing irreparable financial, emotional, and in some cases, physical harm to countless vulnerable citizens.
Specifically, our lawsuit argues that this government program is a flagrant and ongoing violation of sections 7, 8, and 9 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (along with a few other laws and freedoms).
Make no mistake, this lawsuit and the program itself are leaving a black eye on the government. The people who Trudeau is interning as political scapegoats — leaving them mobbing hotel employees for food — are the very same people who would typically be voting Liberal. Canadians who are members of ethnic minorities and have family members abroad — that is Trudeau’s bread and butter. This program is such a stain on Trudeau that the government issued a state-sanctioned comedy sketch on the CBC’s This Hour Has 22 Minutes, mocking my coverage of the inner workings of these facilities.
Of course, the state comedians laughed at my disgust with the cold toaster waffles, but neglected to mention the women who have allegedly been assaulted and molested in Trudeau’s “isolation facilities.” They forgot to mention the families who can’t cover rent after Trudeau extorted $2,000 from them as a political punishment for going to see their dying relatives abroad.
Rebel News and I are suing Trudeau because it is the right thing to do. It is not just to get justice for ourselves — we are applying to a federal judge to strike down this illegal and shameful program nationwide. I have left the COVID jail, and I recorded the whole thing.
Despite having two days remaining on the room the government forced me to pay for — I got the story I came for, and will not be “enjoying” the rest of my stay.
The conditions Canadians are being forced into in these quarantine facilities are abhorrent. In some cases, citizens are not even given water, or the food provided is barely edible. There have also been allegations of sexual assault in these facilities. Locks have been ripped off of the room doors, meaning that any government or hotel agent could walk into your supposedly private quarters at any time.
The situation is entirely unconstitutional and is a violation of Canadians’ rights on multiple fronts — the most obvious of which is our freedom of mobility. Canadians have a right to enter, leave or stay in Canada at any time for any reason, and the Government of Canada is not allowed to restrict this.
It’s not me saying that — it’s our constitution.
The food and water situations are just the icing on the cake, a cake that Trudeau is going to have to answer for, come the next federal election. The vast majority of the people being forced into these COVID jails are the very individuals who helped Trudeau ride into office, including dual citizens and members of minority groups who have family outside of the country. These people make up a huge segment of the population, and a large part of Trudeau’s voting constituency.

Remember when the state media knowingly lied to you, and called any mention of these government sites “misinformation”? They hoped that Rebel News would not continue covering this story. Well, we did, and we blew the top off of it.

Justin Trudeau is grabbing Canadians at our remaining international airports. Similar to how Donald Trump’s travel ban caused foreign nationals to be stranded at airports across the United States, Trudeau has done the same — but to his own citizens.
The added twist in the unfolding Canadian case is that the Prime Minister is using private security contractors to kidnap Canadians, after they manage to get through customs. Specifically, Trudeau is using G4S, GardaWorld and Paladin Risk Solutions to grab you when you land, and escort you to a Liberal Party approved holding cell at a secure government-occupied hotel complex.
This is serious, but Canadian and international civil liberties groups are missing in action. When it was Trump, it was all hands on deck from social justice lawyers and civil liberties groups. When it's Justin “Great Reset” Trudeau — crickets.
