Station du Mont Gleason ski resort imposing even harsher COVID restrictions than required by gov't

Despite this measure — only applicable for Quebec and not in the other provinces — certain resorts have decided to impose the obligation of this vaccine status for nearly all activities, even if the requirement does not apply to them.

Quebec Premier François Legault recently announced new measures concerning activities requiring a lift for the reopening of ski resorts.

Whilst we can lounge around half-naked in a hot tub without a vaccine passport, we cannot, however, go skiing with a scarf and goggles which cover half of our faces — since that activity involves a ski lift.

Despite this measure — only applicable for Quebec and not in the other provinces — certain resorts have decided to impose the obligation of this vaccine status for nearly all activities, even if the requirement does not apply to them.

It’s the case at Mount Gleason, who decided to impose their own rules even more restrictive than those of the current government.

I confronted them on the matter — here is my report.
