SubscribeOn last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, we looked at a story about a 90-year-old woman who chose a “medically assisted death” instead of facing new COVID lockdowns.
Here's a bit of what Ezra had to say about this story:
“So the residents are the problem? Or the retirement homes and the government regulators?
“See, it’s not seniors who are dying from COVID. It’s seniors in these homes. Take a look at this — here’s the latest report from Manitoba. Eight deaths. All eight from seniors homes.
“There are lots of people in Manitoba who are 70 or 80 or even 90. Lots. They’re not dying. Only the ones in these seniors warehouse are dying.
“And you think the answer is to put more limits on the residents?
“Hey — word to the wise: if you care about granny, get her the hell out of there.
“Or maybe that’s the point — maybe that’s where people send their grannies to die when they’re tired of them. The sort of people who don’t visit their granny until it’s time for her to be put on the ice floe and drift away.”
This is just an excerpt from the full Ezra Levant Show.
