A million Canadians have lost their jobs. Entire industries are teetering on bankruptcy. And news firms are shutting down.

But the CBC will still get its $1.5 billion/year from Justin Trudeau, no matter what. There will be no recession there.

We, on the other hand, depend on our viewers to keep us strong. So, what’s going to happen to us at Rebel News — one of the last independent media companies in Canada?

If we’re not reporting the other side of the story, who will?

We want to keep Rebel News strong. We want our whole team on the battlefield — covering stories, doing reports on the scene, and from our studios. We want to do what the rest of the media won’t.

So, if you can, please help us keep our little army of 16 people together, most of whom do important behind-the-scenes work like research and access to information requests, and editing videos and publishing the website.

We promise that we'll use the money to keep David, Keean, Sheila, and our whole team going full-tilt. If you give us the tools, we’ll finish the job. We've already raised our initial goal for funding, help keep us going by seeing if we can raise even more to help keep Rebel News going!

Thank you for your support!
