Pastor Artur Pawlowski has been a relentless defender of freedom and faith since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he was issued a $1,200 fine for feeding the homeless in downtown Calgary. Over half a dozen police officers ambushed him, accusing him of violating lockdown rules.
Since then, Pastor Artur's fearless lawyer has been fighting like a lioness to clear his name. Rebel News has followed this battle every step of the way, from the Alberta Court of Appeal's 2022 decision that declared his previous arrests, jail time, censorship orders, and fines illegal, to his ongoing legal challenges.
But the fight isn’t over. In May 2023, Pastor Artur was wrongfully found guilty of three charges linked to a sermon he delivered during the Coutts border blockade protests in February 2022. These politically motivated charges were a direct attack on his rights to free speech and peaceful protest.
Now, the next critical step in this fight is an appeal that will be heard on September 10. This appeal could overturn the outrageous verdicts and finally exonerate Pastor Artur from all remaining COVID-19 charges.
The stakes are higher than ever, and we need your help to ensure Pastor Artur gets justice.
