In this clip from yesterday's livestream, Ezra Levant introduces us to Toronto's ‘Tik Tok Cop’, Officer Randall Arsenault... and correctly guesses his salary.
Here's how Ezra explained him:
"...he's the cop who goes around town doing Tik Toks, and he's so cool, and he poses with kids, and he does dances, and he gives hugs, and he's just good with the filters... he's the social media cop.... the ‘cool dad’ cop.”
