Trudeau in a bulletproof vest: CBC guest blames free speech, Rebel News and yellow vests for threats
This weekend at a campaign stop in Mississauga, Justin Trudeau took the “unprecedented” step of wearing a bulletproof vest in response to a security threat. And the mainstream media has already put the blame on you and me.
I'm not a security expert, but I do think it's bizarre that if the threats were so deadly that Trudeau needed to pull on a flak jacket why the rest of the crowd of over 400 Liberals were not evacuated.
So far, we haven't heard of any arrests and we don't have any more information about what was going on behind the scenes.
But one Toronto morning host named Supriya Dwivedi knows the source of the security threat: It's our fault!
WATCH to see Dwivedi's full, uncut statements condemning Rebel News and other Canadians on the CBC's Power & Politics.
Most of our reporters have been subjected to violence and silencing, and that's why we've launched StopDeplatforming.com in order to use every legal method available to make sure these petty threats don't prevent us from getting our work done.
