Goodyear Tires has seemingly been caught lying when they claimed an 'Anti-MAGA' policy circling online didn't come at the direction of their corporate offices.

After an anonymous whistle blower from Goodyear release the image to the media, appearing to depict company policies stating Black Lives Matter and 'LGBT pride' attire was "acceptable", but 'Blue Lives Matter', 'All Lives Matter' and MAGA attire were "unacceptable", Twitter erupted at the double standard.

The employee stated “...the thing that we were given in a presentation was from Akron, Ohio and we were told it was for every Goodyear site, whether it was a plant, [or] store.”

This even prompted President Trump to chime in:

“Don’t buy GOODYEAR TIRES - They announced a BAN ON MAGA HATS. Get better tires for far less! (This is what the Radical Left Democrats do. Two can play the same game, and we have to start playing it now!),” the tweet said. 

In a reply statement, the tire giant claimed:

“The visual in question was not created or distributed by Goodyear corporate, nor was it part of a diversity training class...”

They continued “...we appreciate the diverse viewpoints of all of our more than 60,000 associates... we ask associates to not engage in political campaigning of any kind in the workplace, for any candidate, party or political organization.”

Unfortunately for Goodyear, audio has leaked from a meeting in Topeka Kansas, which seems to confirm the previously released image.

Wow. Leaked audio proves that Goodyear’s statement was bogus. It also shows that the discriminatory policy is WORSE than first reported. It actually discriminates on explicitly racial grounds. Which is definitely illegal. Not to mention racist.

Even going by their own statement, Goodyear seems to think that Black Lives Matter is not a political organization nor statement, but saying All Lives or Blue Lives Matter is.
