The document includes 21 topic-specific working papers from experts in various fields, examining the legal, institutional, financial and operational issues that would arise from the Alberta shifting from a province to an independent state.
Plus, B.C. Premier David Eby claims he has concerns that the United States is interfering in the independence referendum, wondering if Canada needs to treat American involvement similarly to how Chinese and Russian foreign interference has been.
