A week on the most radical campus in North America
From a flyer guy who can’t defend his conspiratorial claims to a Hamas leader’s poetry night, Drew Sylver documents the truth about campus life that Concordia University would rather you didn’t see.
Article by Rebel News staff
In three days at Concordia University, Rebel News’ Drew Sylver documented it all.
- Oct. 6: An activist handing out conspiracy flyers couldn’t answer Drew’s questions.
- Oct. 7: On the anniversary of the massacre, Students for Palestine's Honour and Resistance (SPHR), a banned group revived by the Student Union, held an event featuring imagery from the attack.
- Oct. 8: The TA and RA union hosted a reading of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar’s poetry, with dinner. It was moved to The Quebec Public Interest Research Group at Concordia (QPIRG), a student-fee-funded venue.
Arrests? Unknown. Investigations? Unknown.
