America's enemies are celebrating Trump's “loss” | Ezra Levant breaks down post-election events
The 2020 U.S. presidential election has come and... not gone, but still lingers, despite the mainstream media's declaration of Democrat nominee Joe Biden as the would-be president-elect. Unfortunately for them, the news outlets do not declare the official result.
On election night, as it appeared President Donald Trump was on his way to re-election, American markets soared while the Chinese Yuan tanked; yet, as the hours ticked on and the late night votes appeared in favour for Biden, shortening or out-right giving him the lead in a number of key swing states, the media started to believe their chosen candidate had won.
On Friday's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Ezra talked about the reaction to this result from America's enemies around the world. China, in particular, was full of joy, as Ezra said:
On election night, the Chinese currency plunged, briefly, for the hours it appeared Donald Trump was going to win. That tells you something, doesn't it? And American stocks rose during that time, that tells you something.
But that's over now. Now China is celebrating, they can't help themselves. The Chinese government [celebrated] the win. They're just letting Joe Biden know he's well loved in China.
He and his son are welcome back any time to do "business" and "the big guy" can take as much commission as he wants.
