U.S. Senator Ron Johnson was the first witness called at the Allison Inquiry. After his testimony, he sat down with Rebel News reporter Tamara Ugolini for an exclusive interview. The CBC, a three-minute walk from the venue, was not there.

"It's not news unless they make it news," Johnson said of legacy media. He pointed to his own April 29, 2026, report — which he described as the largest government scandal of his lifetime, revealing that FDA officials were shown COVID vaccine safety signals and actively hid them — as an example.

"Not one major news network, not one major newspaper has covered that as news," he said.

Johnson explained why he chose to open the inquiry with a full timeline of what health officials knew and when. His central piece of evidence: Fauci's own diary.

"On February 8, Fauci confided to his diary that he didn't think this would be about a 2-to-3% case fatality rate — similar transmissibility to the flu," Johnson said. "And yet in congressional testimony he said it was going to be ten times worse than the flu. He lied, boldface."

Fauci's private assessment matched what dissenting scientists like John Ioannidis and Oxford's Carl Heneghan had been saying publicly and being ridiculed for. "A bad flu season. Maybe double bad flu season," Johnson said. "Certainly not worth shutting the economy down. Certainly not worth testing an experimental gene therapy on billions of people without having any idea of the safety profile."

On VAERS data, Johnson laid out a number that he said needs no algorithm to interpret. Before the COVID injections, VAERS averaged approximately 280 death reports per year since its establishment in 1990. In 2021, the year of the vaccine rollout, there were over 21,000 death reports.

"I don't need a sophisticated algorithm to tell me: wow, that's a serious safety signal screaming at me," he said.

Johnson also described what happened to vaccine-injured patients who tried to find community and support online. After five witnesses testified publicly about their injuries in 2021, Facebook began shutting down their support groups — the only place, he said, where people who had been gaslit by their doctors could find solidarity.

Unassisted suicide rates within American vaccine-injured groups increased after the shutdowns. He cited the case of a Canadian vaccine-injured mother — abandoned by her husband, estranged from her children, denied treatment — who ultimately accessed MAID. "They just want to be seen, heard, and believed," he said, "so they can access treatment."

Tamara asked Johnson about Dr. Theresa Tam and whether there is evidence of collaboration between Fauci's network and Canadian health officials. Johnson said he had not previously searched for Tam's name in the 11 million pages of HHS documents his team has obtained, but committed to doing so on the spot.

He also said that without yet naming specifics publicly, his team is "finding there's a great deal of cooperation between Fauci and federal health officials and Chinese officials." He said more will be released once the full picture is assembled.

To those still calling him a conspiracy theorist six years on, his answer was simple. "I've been ridiculed and vilified for six years," he said. "I have not been proven wrong yet. All the things I was accused of creating conspiracy theory have turned out to be true. If there's something I said that's wrong — prove me wrong."

Johnson said he refuses to let this chapter close without accountability — because those responsible, in his view, are already preparing for another pandemic. "They're spoiling to have it happen again," he said. "Whether it's hanta virus, whether it's a new H1 — it seems like they're just hoping for another pandemic they can take control of."
