As Quebec enters its second lockdown of the year many business owners who were struggling to just barely re-open under strict laws are now facing bankruptcy. 

Some business owners have even been contemplating rising up against the restrictive laws that have prevented them from serving their communities and their clients. 

I met up with Jesse Flynn, a personal trainer in Montreal, to ask him about how the lockdowns have impacted his business and the health of his regulars.
