Before the Trudeau Liberals came to power, refugee-claimants occupied 11% of Toronto’s emergency shelter spaces; now refugee-claimants occupy 34% of these spaces.

As for the cost to Toronto taxpayers? $75 million per year.

We spoke with Henry, a refugee-claimant from Uganda, to hear more about the living conditions inside the building.
