On last night's episode of The Ezra Levant Show (click here to subscribe!), Conservative Party leadership hopeful and Member of Parliament for Hastings-Lennox and Addington Derek Sloan called in to talk about his criticism of Trudeau's top health official Dr. Theresa Tam.

In a recent email, Sloan wrote that Dr. Theresa Tam had “continually cited the [World Health Organization] as an authority” on the Wuhan virus, told us that “face masks don't work” and that “closing the borders to travelers arriving from virus hotspots wouldn't work.”

When the CBC wrote up Sloan's comments, they focused on only one side of the “backlash” to his letter:

“His remarks drew swift condemnation on social media, with some calling his words “repugnant,” “vile” and “xenophobic.”

In this interview, Sloan talks the criticism and the support he's received.

“My criticism has nothing to do, obviously, with her race or her gender, it has to do with decisions that she made.”

Here at Rebel News, we've been following Dr. Tam's mismanagement of the health of Canadians. If you agree that she should resign or be fired, sign the petition and watch our previous coverage at FireTam.com.
