Was Conservative candidate Costas Menegakis robbed of electoral victory?

When the local polls closed for the Ontario riding of Richmond Hill last October 21st, Mr. Menegakis was the winner. But there was another poll to tally, this one in Ottawa that included those voters not living in Canada.

And when the dust settled, the Liberal candidate, Majid Jowhari, stood victorious. Even worse in light of the 57 Canadians who died after Ukrainian International Airlines flight PS752 was shot down in Iran earlier this month, Mr. Jowhari remains a supporter of the Iranian regime. Yes - it stinks.
