Jonathan Yaniv accused of threatening more reporters (Guest: Kari Simpson)
There is yet another side story to the Jonathan Yaniv saga.
Much of the world is keenly aware of the litigious and violent nature of British Columbia transgender activist Yaniv. He drew the ire of the world by dragging vulnerable immigrant esthetician women before the BC human rights tribunal for refusing to wax his male genitals.
Yaniv recently pled guilty to prohibited weapons charge after brandishing a taser on a live stream with Youtuber Blaire White and he still faces assault charges for an attack on my colleague, Keean Bexte, in front of the Surrey BC courthouse.
Keean and my colleague David Menzies are also suing Yaniv in civil court for the assaults against them. David was attacked by Yaniv and his mother last summer in front of Yaniv’s Langley condo complex, struck with a cane several times.
This latest Yaniv fiasco involves a self styled independent journalist with some developmental challenges named Donald Smith who ended up in jail after complaints from Yaniv, even though Yaniv made threats on his life on video.
Joining me tonight is Kari Simpson, of the parent’s rights group Culture Guard, who took it upon herself to help Donald Smith get out of jail.
Now she finds herself being dragged into court by Yaniv for refusing to use his “preferred pronouns.”
