“Canadians just want to work”: Foresters hold peaceful anti-blockade demonstration at BC legislature

Forestry workers descended on the British Columbia legislature in Victoria this week, just hours after radical activists had threatened the premier with citizen's arrest in his own driveway.

Extinction Rebellion was rumoured to be on legislature grounds, threatening to stop the budget from being tabled; forestry workers were prepared to have a showdown with them on on the lawn.

These workers are concerned that their industry is being left in the dust while every elected official in the country is focused on appeasing far-left blockaders who are locking down the country's railway system, to protest the #CoastalGasLink pipeline.
