Ezra Levant is taking on his most personal challenge yet — and he’s doing it in public.
After stepping on the scale and seeing 251 pounds — the heaviest of his life — Ezra decided it was time to make a change. So he’s launching the Fat Challenge: a bold, no-excuses campaign to lose 51 pounds and reach 200, all while documenting every step right here at FatChallenge.ca.
Ezra was in great shape during the pandemic — working out six days a week, eating clean, and even trying Ozempic to help get down to 220. But then life got in the way. His trainer moved, work at Rebel News intensified, and bad habits crept back in.
Now, he’s going back to basics: discipline and public accountability.
Each week, Ezra will weigh in. And we’ll post the results here for everyone to see.
But here’s where you come in.

It’s a hard thing to look in the mirror and admit that you’re fat. It’s even harder to do so publicly, even if you do get to shame Rosmarie Barton and that new health minister in the process. But I can tell you that when that weight starts coming off and you like what you see in the mirror more and more it will be totally worth leaving that extra dessert behind! 🙂
