Save Our Churches!
Canada has witnessed a deeply concerning escalation in attacks on Christian places of worship. Between 2016 and 2023, there have been 463 reported cases of church arson across the nation, with a particularly alarming spike in 2021, during which 90 churches were set ablaze.
These acts of violence have not been confined to any single region. Provinces such as British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, the Northwest Territories, and Nova Scotia have all experienced incidents where churches were either damaged or completely destroyed by fire.
Equally disturbing is the response from our leaders, including the provincial and federal governments and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Despite the severity and frequency of these attacks, there has been a notable lack of decisive action and public condemnation. This tepid response not only undermines the gravity of these crimes but also risks normalizing such acts of violence against Christian communities.
That’s why Rebel News has been covering these attacks since they first began, travelling across Canada to investigate and expose the disturbing trend of church arsons. Our journalists have spoken with community members, clergy, and law enforcement to get to the bottom of this crisis — because mainstream politicians and legacy media refuse to take it seriously.
Now, we need your help to take action.
By signing this petition and sharing it, you can help us put pressure on Prime Minister Mark Carney, RCMP Commissioner Michael Duheme, and Minister of Public Safety David McGuinty to take these crimes seriously, condemn them for what they are — acts of domestic terrorism and hate—and work to protect Christian places of worship.
Rebel News will continue to investigate, expose the truth, and demand justice — but we can’t do it alone. With your support, we can ensure that these attacks are not ignored and that Canada remains a country where religious freedom is defended.
