That is, Ezra explains why he decided to buy a new tube of lip balm on Amazon instead of going to his local neighborhood convenience stores, and it's all to do with wanting to avoid wearing a mask:
“The mask bylaws only came in to effect in the last month, even though the pandemic was officially declared in March, and for the first months when the pandemic was actually on the rise there were no mask bylaws.
“So, we get through the pandemic, the death rate is near zero, the hospitalization rate is near zero — and they bring in all these mask bylaws.”
