Justin Trudeau and his cabinet lied to Canadians when they told taxpayers that they were not footing the massive security bill for disgraced royals Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
The couple, who have just been smacked down by Queen Elizabeth, can no longer use the Sussex Royal brand that they planned to use to profit off Harry's hereditary position.
As a result of them shirking their Royal duties, the Monarch ruled that it would not be proper for them to use the brand. This rubbed Meghan Markle the wrong way, and she reportedly complained that the couple are being treated unfairly.
I was outside the Sussex's home in Victoria, British Columbia today in hopes of scoping out the size and scale of the RCMP operations. The RCMP will be following the couple until March 31, when their International Protected Persons classification expires.
The bill for the couple's RCMP entourage has not been disclosed yet, but it is estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands.
