WTF people, it’s all warm and charming for the Canadiana hockey card to be dealt. By-laws exist in every municipality across Canada. There is lots of noise from everyone that is not impacted by this. If by laws were not enforced and everyone had free reign to do what they wanted, how many backyard mechanics shops, auto body shops, grow ops, illegal and unsafe housing projects, to name a few would come into existence.
