Dear Prime Minister Carney,

Canadians didn’t vote for another tax — and we sure didn’t vote for a trade war with our closest ally. Your decision to slap a tax on U.S. tech companies like Netflix, YouTube and Instagram has backfired spectacularly, with Donald Trump pulling the plug on trade talks and threatening new tariffs on Canadian goods. That’s not just bad diplomacy — it’s economic suicide.

But we know this isn’t really about tax. It’s about control. You’re trying to sneak in a backdoor censorship regime, starting with this Internet tax and ending with a reboot of Trudeau’s hated censorship bill, C-63.

We see what you’re doing. And we’re not going to let it happen.

We, the undersigned, demand that you kill the Internet tax, stop the censorship, and back off before you wreck our economy and our free speech.

Canadians are watching. And we’re not going to be silent.

    Canada is going down a bad road…..the beginning of last year we went over 50% of Canadians working for a Government…..that is not a Democracy…..we are in big trouble and no one talks about this…..We have one of the highest Taxes in he World….no one talks about this also….why not…..Canada is going the wrong way in so many ways…..these Crooked Politicians should all put in Jail….They keep steeling our Tax Money and putting it where no one knows…..They are Crooks!
