Trans menace files 11 human rights complaints against parental rights advocate
The latest filings from Jessica Simpson (formerly Jonathan Yaniv) target Kari Simpson, who warns the fight against compelled pronouns is spreading beyond the BC Human Rights Tribunal.
Self-described trans activist Jessica Simpson, formerly and better known as Jonathan Yaniv, has escalated human rights legal action against more public figures in Canada for daring to describe the ideologist with biologically sound pronouns.
In today’s interview, I speak with Kari Simpson, president of Culture Guard, a parental rights advocacy organization that sounds the alarm on the impacts of radical gender ideology on children.
Yaniv appears to be targeting Simpson and Culture Guard more than others who have also received B.C. Human Rights complaints including Rebel News, by hitting her with a whopping 11 complaints.
Complaint #11 - In 2023, the BC Crown did 1 thing right on the Yaniv filesssss, they made an application to the BC Provincial Court to get Yaniv designated as a vexatious litigant. Associate Chief Judge Dohm apparently refused to make the order, but did order Yaniv to stop… pic.twitter.com/5AKmYCchLH

Found throughout the complaints are Yaniv’s allegations that Culture Guard’s publication: “contains a series of deliberate, targeted, and highly derogatory statements, including but not limited to the following: Referring to me as ‘he,’ ‘him,’ and a ‘biological male’.”
The filing goes on to object to statements describing Yaniv as having: “Pronoun Derangement Syndrome (PDS),” characterizing the identity as a “delusion that he is a female” attempting to “compel pronoun compliance,” asserting that “there is nothing in the law that requires me to participate.”
It doesn’t stop there.
The complaint also challenges Simpson’s assertion that “there is no ability for a male to transition to a female or a female to transition to a male.”
In addition to discussing why she believes her advocacy has triggered Yaniv into filing so many complaints against her, Simpson also warns that another tribunal Yaniv has utilized can be weaponized against people who reject compelled pronouns.
According to Simpson, the Civil Resolution Tribunal (CRT) is “the latest playground for Yaniv.”
However, according to Simpson, the public is less aware of how Yaniv is using that tribunal because the CRT can grant publication bans over these matters.

“Slowly but surely, all these quasi-judicial tribunals and courts are now understanding what they’re dealing with this very menacing individual.”
Only time will tell if the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal catches on before the slew of recent complaints against several voices are potentially accepted and heard.
Among those targeted are journalists such as Western Standard CEO Derek Fildebrandt and National Post columnist Barbara Kay, whom Rebel News recently interviewed. Others reportedly on the receiving end of complaints include Juno News, child protection activist Billboard Chris, and MLA Dallas Brodie.
The B.C. Human Rights Tribunal has already accepted two of Yaniv’s cases against our journalism, which has exposed the activist on many concerning matters of public interest, including multiple criminal offences, assaulting our journalists, and attempting to legally pressure immigrant estheticians into waxing “her” male genitalia.
If you believe journalists should be able to report accurately on matters of biology, please consider supporting Rebel News’ legal defence against Yaniv here.
