Trudeau's Canada detains kids separated from their parents at the border, too

Canada Border Services Agency detained nearly 120 kids in the last fiscal year.

That doesn't comport with Justin Trudeau's preening admonishment of Trump's border policies, in the midst of the so-called “family separation” fiasco in Customs and Border patrol facilities along the American southern border during the summer of 2018.

Back then, Trudeau stood up in the House of Commons to decry what the NDP labeled as American “baby jails”. Trudeau scolded Canada's largest trading partner, closest ally and only hope for two Canadians imprisoned in a Chinese jail, saying:

“What's going on in the United States is wrong. I can't imagine what the families are going through. This is not how we do things in Canada.”

However, in the same way Trudeau constantly brags about his feminism after admitting to groping a female reporter and firing powerful women around him who break ranks with him, the Liberals are again guilty of that which they rail about.

Every year since the Liberals have taken power, they have detained children at the border.

Last year, the Liberals detained 162 minors at the border, 151 were detained with their parents and another 11 were held in custody without an adult.

This year, CBC has the story.

“Statistics from the Canada Border Services Agency say that 118 minors were housed or detained at an immigration holding centre in the most recent fiscal year.”

Isn't that interesting?

Justin Trudeau doesn’t have to go far to imagine what illegal migrant families are going through.

He can just go visit one of HIS OWN immigration detention centres.
