Ottawa's green buildings fund commits $7.5 million to Montreal LGBTQ complex
Ottawa has committed $7.5 million to turn a Montreal building into what the government calls the first francophone LGBTQIA2S+ community complex in North America, from a fund meant to make community buildings greener.
