Victoria Police have been granted a 14-day extension to submit their defence in our Supreme Court case against them for my unlawful arrest on the 5th of September.

I was covering the massive planned lockdown protest for Rebel News when the commanding officer walked up to me, jabbed me in the chest, and ordered his troops to arrest me.

The new deadline for the police submissions is now the 30th of November.
