As such, it was a completely different experience from the candlelight vigil last Saturday in Toronto held near the U.S. Consulate. That vigil was for Iranian general Qasem Soleimani, and it turned out to be nothing more than a hate-fest attended primarily by those who love the Islamist regime in Tehran while despising western values.
