Yesterday, Sheila released an exclusive report showing that the contract to consult on maintaining the Snowbird fleet included a secrecy clause: If you want to work on the planes, then you must not speak to the media about their condition!
The information comes from a December 2017 Request for Procurement seeking vendors to engage with and offer advice to the government on how to maintain the CT-114 Tutor fleet beyond 2020, when they were originally scheduled to be retired.
