COVID-19 has infected tens of thousands of Canadians and savaged the economy. But we’re past the peak and Canadians are getting anxious — they want to return to work.

It’s time to find a way to open up the country, safely. We've done our part. We flattened the curve. It's not as bad as they said it would be. We did what the politicians asked.

The coronavirus lockdown is destroying our economy and shredding small businesses. Canadians have bee protesting all across the country to end the lockdown and allow people to get back to work. 

Everyone is essential, and the government is picking and choosing winners and losers of this lockdown. Severely normal Canadians want to work, and they should be allowed to. 

So, something has to be done. It’s time to figure out a way — immediately, without any delay — to let people go back to work.

Dentists, hairdressers, welders, and car dealerships must be allowed to do what other big-box retailers are doing. They must be allowed to follow new guidelines about distancing and re-open for business — because ALL JOBS are essential to those who hold them. 

That's why we've started a petition to send a message to our politicians — to Justin Trudeau, our provincial leaders across the country, and to our increasingly tyrannical municipal governments.
