Minister of the Environment and Climate Change was at the University of Calgary earlier this month to announce more taxpayer funding for green initiatives on campus, and I was there to compete with other news outlets to question MP Jonathan Wilkinson on the federal decision against imposing a carbon tax on imported Saudi oil while Canadian oil must pay the price.
