Minister of the Environment and Climate Change was at the University of Calgary earlier this month to announce more taxpayer funding for green initiatives on campus, and I was there to compete with other news outlets to question MP Jonathan Wilkinson on the federal decision against imposing a carbon tax on imported Saudi oil while Canadian oil must pay the price.
In this video, you'll hear Minister Wilkinson drag his answer out on why Saudi Arabian oil gets a pass on the carbon tax placed on Canadian ethical oil, and see the moment campus security got involved.
