Rebel News has confirmed with the Crown Prosecutors Office in Surrey, British Columbia, that serial Human Rights Commission complainant Jonathan Yaniv’s third criminal charge in a year will be sworn in front of a judge within the next few days.

After that official process has been concluded, the Crown will move forward with an “endorsed warrant,” after which the RCMP will attend Yaniv’s location and arrest for assaulting Rebel News reporter Keean Bexte outside a B.C. courthouse.

The prosecutor told Bexte that they would be moving forward with the “strong Crown case” and expects Yaniv to face a judge as soon as COVID circumstances allow.
