Pickering's war on free speech continues: council meetings move online over 'safety' concerns
City officials in Pickering, a suburb to the east of Toronto, are continuing their war on free speech. This year, all city council meetings are moving online over concerns in-person meetings are too 'unsafe' for councillors to interact with constituents — or worse, contrarian opinions!
