Fire Olivia Chow!

Rebel News founder Ezra Levant has personally registered as a third-party advertiser in the Toronto mayoral election. Rebel's billboard truck will be on Bathurst Street every day until the polls close on October 26. Here's why — and how you can help.

Canada's worst mayor, Olivia Chow, could actually lose.

The newest poll, released October 9, has her ahead of Brad Bradford by less than three points: 40.8 per cent to 38.3 per cent. The margin of error is 3.1 points. In plain English, it's a tie. A month ago she was up by eleven.

So Ezra Levant has done something he has never done before. He personally registered with the City of Toronto as a third-party advertiser. Not Rebel News — Ezra, as a private citizen. And he's renting Rebel's big, beautiful billboard truck to run ads against Olivia Chow, up and down Bathurst Street every day until the polls close on Monday, October 26.

Don't take our word for it. Here's her record.

Olivia Chow never earned the mayor's chair. She got it almost as a consolation prize after Jack Layton died, riding on his coattails. And what has she done with it? It's what she hasn't done that stands out.

She hasn't stopped the crime wave. She hasn't stopped the tax hikes. She hasn't stopped parks and playgrounds from being turned into homeless camps and open-air drug scenes. All while she gallivants from parade to party to festival, in costume after costume, like a court jester while the city falls apart.

Here's the moment that tells you everything. At a community meeting about the home-invasion robberies sweeping Toronto, a Toronto police constable told residents, word for word: “To prevent the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your fobs at your front door.”

Leave your car keys by the door so the robbers don't have to ransack your house to find them. That is the official advice in Olivia Chow's Toronto. The clip is in Ezra's video. Watch it and tell us he's exaggerating.

The antisemitic capital of North America

Toronto used to be famous as a hospitable city where the Jewish community was at the heart of business and culture. Now it's known as the antisemitic capital of North America.

Olivia Chow skipped the mayoral debate on antisemitism last month. She stays away from the non-partisan Walk with Israel, where 50,000 Torontonians march. And she has nothing to say about the pro-Hamas street gangs who block Toronto's roads with their “prayer” protests — something that wouldn't be tolerated in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates. Those gangs are on her side, and she's on theirs.

You don't have to be Jewish to want her gone. You don't have to be a ferocious right-winger, either. You just have to look around.

She can lose

Here's the math. The Jewish community in Toronto has historically voted Liberal, or centre-left. It's not a natural Rebel News audience. But these are the voters most likely to switch, because they're the ones Olivia Chow has most openly abandoned. Remind a few thousand of them what's been done to their own city, move them to anyone but Chow, and a three-point gap closes.

We know this works, because we've done it before. In the 2025 federal election, the same truck ran through York Centre, where the Liberal MP Ya'ara Saks had been photographed with Mahmoud Abbas, the boss of the Palestinian Authority. It started at Bathurst and Sheppard. She lost her seat.

Normally we'd say there's no hope. Toronto is a left-of-centre city, and the incumbent usually wins. But Ezra has been in this business a long time, and he has never seen her this vulnerable. A few thousand votes on Bathurst Street could be the difference.

Here's the plan — and the catch

The law caps a third-party advertiser at $25,000. That's all Ezra is allowed to raise and spend, and every dollar of it goes to keeping the truck rolling for the final two weeks.

The city's rules, not ours: you have to live in Ontario to chip in, and the most any one person can give is $1,200. If you're outside Ontario, we're sorry — you can't give to this one. But you can share this page with a friend in Toronto, and that's worth almost as much.

One more thing. Olivia Chow's police have pulled the truck over a few times in the past three months. We expect they'll try again. Ezra will be ready for it, and we'll let you know the moment it happens.

If you want to help fire Olivia Chow, please chip in what you can below. Let's get her done.

The poll numbers are real: Mainstreet Research, October 6 to 7, a thousand Torontonians. Chow 40.8 per cent, Bradford 38.3 per cent. A month ago she was up by eleven. The trend is all one way, and election day is Monday, October 26.

This is Ezra Levant's campaign, not Rebel News'. He registered personally and is paying Rebel News for the truck at its normal commercial rate, so everything is above board with the city clerk. Contributions are capped at $1,200 and limited to Ontario residents. That's the law for everybody, and we follow it to the letter.

Please share this page with a friend — especially one who lives in Toronto.

Canada's worst mayor could actually lose. The newest poll has Olivia Chow ahead of Brad Bradford by 40.8 per cent to 38.3 per cent, inside the margin of error — in plain English, a statistical tie. So I've done something I've never done before: I personally registered as a third-party advertiser, and I'm renting Rebel's billboard truck to run ads against Olivia Chow up and down Bathurst Street every day until the polls close on October 26.

The truck costs about $2,000 a day, and the law caps me at $25,000 — every dollar goes to keeping it rolling for the final two weeks. The city's rules, not mine: you have to live in Ontario to chip in, and the most any one person can give is $1,200. A few thousand votes on Bathurst Street could be the difference, so if you want to help me fire Olivia Chow, please chip in what you can. Let's get her done.
