DonateOver 15,000 Canadians signed our petition at CloseTheBorder.ca to shut down the notorious border crossing at Quebec’s Roxham Road. Almost unbelievably, it seems Justin Trudeau actually listened to Canadians and closed the border, but he left several loopholes in place, and we don't know how long these new measures will last.
You know Justin Trudeau as well as I do, which means he's going to be on the road with open arms begging illegals to come into this country as soon as he possibly can – maybe with another welcome to Canada tweet!
It is unclear right now the mechanism by which illegals are being turned away. Journalists have been barred from getting close to the RCMP facility and new fencing has been added to the roadway.
Over the course of Justin Trudeau's two terms, untold numbers of illegals have come in to the country. However in just the last 2 years — between February 2017 and December 2019 — government statistics show nearly 55,000 have illegally crossed in to Canada.
