It's one thing to ask what American citizenship could offer to Greenlanders. 

But what does Greenland have that America wants? 

The island is a strategic location in the Arctic Circle and a buffer with Russia, but its qualities go far beyond its position on the world map.

As part of my fact-finding mission to Greenland to find out more about why Trump wants to buy this land from Denmark, I looked into the known mineral wealth and went fishing (and caught my first fish!) in Nuuk.
