Ada Lluch is blaming non-governmental organizations (NGOs), including the Red Cross, for enabling the continued presence of migrants in Ceuta, a Spanish enclave in North Africa.

Speaking with Ezra Levant on Friday's episode of The Ezra Levant Show, Lluch said she recently visited Ceuta and found thousands of migrants still living throughout the small city. She said migrants had taken over streets, neighbourhoods and a local beach where they stay overnight.

Lluch also criticized the lack of police presence in areas where migrants are staying. She said officers are frustrated with the situation but are following instructions from senior officials.

According to Lluch, the Red Cross provides migrants with food, and she argued that without daily assistance, many would return to Morocco. She also pointed to the fact that the border crossing is now open, allowing migrants to leave Ceuta.

They also discussed Europe's Schengen Area and border controls. Lluch said she recently travelled from Spain to Italy and saw no border controls introduced in response to the situation.

She said Spanish media continue to report on Ceuta, although coverage varies between outlets, with some portraying migrants sympathetically while others present a different account.
