Carney won't get a quiet by-election — meet Brookfield Watch
Let's send out the billboard truck, stir things up and make sure the Beaches-East York by-election isn't a coronation.
Mark Carney has called three federal by-elections in just a few weeks. Rebel News is joining the campaign!
We're registering with Elections Canada as something called a third-party campaign group. This will allow us to legally raise money and spend it on campaigning — for example, on criticizing Mark Carney and his candidates.
We've done this before, including the last general election. Remember our big, beautiful billboard truck? Boy, it made the CBC mad when we took it right outside the Montreal CBC headquarters the night of the election debates. You're only allowed to do that if you register with Elections Canada. We have.
Carney is counting on winning all three of these by-elections to cement the majority government that he built undemocratically by bribing conservative MPs to cross the floor.
The reality is that he doesn't care about elections. He'll get rid of his opponents behind closed doors with secret deals. For example, one of the upcoming by-elections is in Quebec, where Carney bribed a Conservative MP with an appointment to the Senate. That MP left, and now Carney wants to flip that blue seat red. The same thing happened to trigger the North Vancouver by-election; Carney appointed the old MP to be an ambassador.
The Toronto area by-election is taking place in Beaches-East York, a riding the Liberals have long taken for granted. I want to do something about that, don't you?
I'm not sure if we'll be able to stop them, but we can make a ruckus. And by registering with Elections Canada, we can make sure we don't get prosecuted — which is what they did to us a few years ago when I dared to write a book called The Libranos, exposing Justin Trudeau's corruption. Back then, Elections Canada told us that we had to register it as an election advertising expense, and they fined us.
Alright, fine, we'll do it that way. Our third-party campaign group is called Brookfield Watch, and you can read all about it at BrookfieldWatch.com.
Now this is a safe Liberal seat, so it's sure to be an uphill fight. But we've fought that kind of battle before. Rebels' truck went after two Liberal MPs in the last election — Ya'ara Saks in my home riding and Majid Jowhari in Richmond Hill — and both were defeated.
So it's possible. And even if the Conservatives as a party don't win this one, we still can't pass up this opportunity. The Liberals expect a quiet coronation, but we can make sure they don't get one.
Unlike a political party, contributions to a registered third party in a by-election do not have a limit. So if you've given a donation to the Conservative Party for these by-elections, you can also give to BrookfieldWatch.com to pay for our billboard truck to hit the streets.
Please consider supporting our campaign at BrookfieldWatch.com by donating. Let's send out the truck, stir things up and make sure this by-election isn't a coronation.

Mark Carney expects three quiet Liberal victories in the August 31 by-elections. Brookfield Watch is sending a digital billboard truck into Chicoutimi–Le Fjord, Beaches–East York and North Vancouver–Capilano to follow the money, challenge the power and expose Brookfield’s offshore structures and Chinese Communist Party connections. Help us make sure these races are impossible to ignore.
