On a recent episode of The Ezra Levant Show (click here to subscribe!), The Federalist's publisher Ben Domenech joined me to talk about being dragged through a bureaucratic justice system after a complaint was filed to the American National Labour Relations Board concerning a joke tweet:

In this clip, Ben talks about how the NLRB subpoenaed his email communication with his staffers, and then ordered him to delete the offending tweet about a unionized workplace.
