Federalist publisher Ben Domenech hauled into court over Twitter joke

“Even though my own staffers filed affidavits saying they were not offended by this joke, they understood it as a joke, they didn't feel threatened by it, the administrative law judge in this case... found that it was totally irrelevant that my staffers felt this way.”

On a recent episode of The Ezra Levant Show (click here to subscribe!), The Federalist's publisher Ben Domenech joined me to talk about being dragged through a bureaucratic justice system after a complaint was filed to the American National Labour Relations Board concerning a joke tweet:

In this clip, Ben talks about how the NLRB subpoenaed his email communication with his staffers, and then ordered him to delete the offending tweet about a unionized workplace.

Ordinary Canadians are being fined extortionate amounts for going outside while the prime minister visits cottage country. Can you help us fight this unreasonable infringement on our civil liberties?
