A judge at Portsmouth Crown Court refused his bail application Tuesday morning. That makes it two courts in five days that have kept him locked up.

Tommy Robinson, who has stood beside Danny through every hearing, reacted minutes after the ruling. He said the judge recycled the same speech from the first hearing.
