Why Jessica Yaniv LOST “her” waxing case at the Human Rights Tribunal
On the latest episode of The Ezra Levant Show, we covered the decision by the BC Human Rights Tribunal to require Jonathan Yaniv (better known as Jessica Yaniv) to pay $2,000 in damages to each of the aestheticians he's targeted over the years, demanding that these largely immigrant women perform a salon bikini wax on “her” male genitalia.
The B.C. Human Rights Tribunal is probably the worst human rights tribunal in the country. They’re all bad, but even those kangaroo courts have their limits.
So does this mean that the police in British Columbia will finally have the fortitude to prosecute Yaniv for assaulting our reporters?
