"They know what they're doing is wrong," said Isabelle. "They know that that kind of behavior - wearing prosthetic breasts in front of children is not okay, but in this day and age, you can't say that."
"But can you imagine the dress code rules don't apply to the teachers," David added. "I think teachers are supposed to lead by example."
