David Menzies reports on Trans Madness!
Offside! Rugby Player Ash Davis Attempts to Censor Rebel News
In a bold move to stifle journalism, Ash Davis, a male rugby player controversially competing against women, is taking Rebel News to court in an attempt to censor our investigative coverage of his activities. Astute viewers will recall that back in September, Rebel News reporter David Menzies was served with a Summons to Appear in a Guelph, Ontario courtroom, with Davis alleging that Menzies’ coverage posed a personal threat. But what exactly are the grounds for this summons?
According to Davis, he claims to fear that Menzies will cause personal harm or damage his property — a claim that lacks basis, considering our coverage has strictly adhered to public interest journalism standards. Additionally, Davis references Section 162.1 of the Criminal Code, an offense typically reserved for distributing “intimate images” without consent. However, there has been no such content in our reporting, only factual documentation of Davis’s participation in women’s rugby — a sport in which he has frequently caused injuries to his female competitors.
For more than a year, Rebel News has covered the Ash Davis story because someone needed to shine a light on this issue. The mainstream media has largely ignored it, perhaps because covering topics that challenge radical transgender ideology is considered too controversial or conflicts with their funded narratives.
The stakes are high as Menzies prepares to return to court on Nov. 5. If Davis is successful, it could establish a chilling precedent that silences journalists for covering public interest issues in public spaces. Rebel News remains committed to this story, which involves a biological man competing in women’s rugby, disregarding World Rugby rules, and causing physical injuries to female players.
Our journalism remains rooted in facts. What’s unfolding here is nothing less than an attempt to silence Rebel News through the judicial system, and it reflects a troubling alignment of some law enforcement and judicial decisions with radical activism agendas over public accountability.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong and it shouldn’t be allowed at all. So,I call Shame on the rugby company
