Today, we're looking at B.C. Premier David Eby's bold declaration that independence activists like Jeffrey Rath and the Alberta Prosperity Project group committed “treason” by meeting with U.S. officials to “break up our country.”

Plus, Conservative MP Andrew Lawton grilled the Liberals over the Federal Court of Appeals upholding a ruling which found invoking the Emergencies Act in response to the Freedom Convoy was unconstitutional, with House leader Steve MacKinnon claiming the government acted fairly.

And finally, more than half of Canada's provinces and territories, along with numerous big city police forces, have said they will not go along with the Liberals' gun grab.
