Tommy Robinson In Israel

Why is Tommy Robinson in Israel?

Tommy Robinson, long vilified by the UK establishment for speaking out against Islamic extremism, has been officially invited to Israel by Amichai Chikli — Israel’s Minister for Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism.

Minister Chikli described Tommy as a “courageous leader on the front line against radical Islam” — and personally invited him to Israel as an honoured guest of the state.

As Tommy told our reporter Avi Yemini moments after landing in Tel Aviv:

“I’m here to show solidarity with the Jewish people and with Israel’s strong leadership. The problems Israel faces with jihad are the same ones Britain and Europe will soon face — because we’ve empowered extremism.”

For years, Tommy has been treated as a pariah in the UK — banned, arrested, and smeared for defending free speech and standing with Jewish communities. But here in Israel, he’s been welcomed as a friend and ally.

As Avi put it at the airport, “He’s gone from enemy of the state in Britain to friend of the state in Israel.”

Why is Rebel News covering this?

Rebel News is the only media outlet that is covering Tommy’s ‘state visit’ honestly.

Our reporter Avi Yemini is in Israel to cover this remarkable trip.

Avi and his cameraman Benji are on the ground to show you the real story — without the BBC or Sky News spin.

Tommy Robinson has never gotten fair treatment from the media. And we shouldn;t expect that this trip will be any different. So, Rebel News is there to document everything.

From Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, we’ll bring you behind the scenes of this unprecedented visit: Tommy meeting Israelis, engaging with political leaders, and seeing firsthand how Israel deals with the same threats the West now faces.

We need your help.

Here’s the truth — this reporting isn’t cheap.

The trip will cost over $25,000 AUD. Flights alone were more than $10,000, and with accommodation, transport, and security, this is one of our most expensive assignments yet.

We’re not backed by any government or big corporation — we rely entirely on viewers like you. If you believe Tommy deserves fair coverage, and that independent journalists should be on the ground telling the truth, please click here to chip in now.

Whether it’s $10, $50, or more — every contribution helps Avi and Benji continue bringing you honest, unfiltered reporting from Israel.

You can also follow every update and livestream right here on this page — bookmark it and share it with friends who want to see the truth for themselves.

Tommy once told me that he loves eating shawarma, but most ‘kebab’ places in the UK would have security concerns about him eating there. So he actually went to kosher kebab places when he saw them in the UK. But now he is in the country of kosher shawarma. I hope he enjoys.
